Perform 15-20, every hour on the hour

Cervical Retraction + Extension

Perform 6-8 reps with overpressure

Thoracic Extension Mobilization

Perform as needed for 10-15

Cervical Flexion

If you're not responding to retraction, or extension

Cervical CARs

Control the movement, shoot for 3-5 slowwww reps

Upper Trapezius Stretch

Shoot for 4-6 breaths

Levator Scapulae Stretch

6-8 breaths each side
