Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization
Cutting-edge rehabilitation

Dynamic Neuromusclar Stabilization (DNS) was founded by Pavel Kolar out of the Prague School of Medicine.

DNS utilizes developmental kinesiology to improve movement efficiency through joint centration.

By looking at the first year of development we can see patterns that babies use for efficienct movement. These movements are based on proprioceptive feedback from the environment and known zones of support needed for locomotion and stability.

DNS aims to activate the "Integrated Stabilizing System" to improve overall function of the body.

This is not just a technique but a method of looking at the body through neurophysiology.
